Materials with a side length of no more than 1.5 meters are transported to the silo, evenly conveyed by the vibrating feeder to the hammer crusher for initial crushing, and the crushed materials are conveyed to the The first heavy-duty vibrating screen group (3 units arranged in parallel) is used for screening, and 4 kinds of materials are screened out, of which 20-31.5mm and 10-20mm finished materials are transported to the finished material pile by belt conveyor; materials below 10mm are transported by belt conveyor to the second heavy-duty vibrating screen group (3 units arranged in parallel) for screening, and the 3 finished materials screened out: 5-10mm, rice stone, and stone powder are transported to different finished material piles by belt conveyor respectively; those larger than 31.5mm are transported by belt conveyor to the shaping crusher as return material for secondary crushing, and after crushing, they are transported by belt conveyor to the heavy-duty vibrating screen group (3 units arranged in parallel) for screening, and qualified ones enter the second vibrating screen group for screening, and unqualified ones are transported to the shaping crusher for crushing again to form a closed loop.
