The company uses a rotary kiln with a vertical preheater and a vertical cooler to calcine limestone, which can maximize the use of raw materials, produce high-quality lime, and achieve energy-saving and environmental protection. At the same time, we provide you with a full set of process solutions such as consulting, design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning for a production line with a scale of 200-800 tons/day. The entire line adopts a DCS central control system with advanced technology and reliable performance. Centralized operation and management are carried out in the main control room, and PLC is used to realize the mutual interlocking of the operation of each equipment to achieve a high degree of automation.


Introduction to the process flow of the active lime rotary kiln system: Qualified limestone is stored in the silo, lifted by the elevator and transported to the top silo of the preheater. The top silo of the preheater is controlled by two upper and lower level meters to control the feeding amount, and then the limestone is evenly distributed to each room of the preheater through the discharge pipe. The limestone is heated to about 900°C by the 1150°C kiln flue gas in the preheater, and about 30% is decomposed. It is pushed into the rotary kiln by the hydraulic push rod, and the limestone is sintered and decomposed into CaO and CO2 in the rotary kiln. The decomposed limestone enters the cooler, and is cooled by the cold air blown into the cooler to less than 100°C and discharged. The 600°C hot air after heat exchange enters the kiln and is mixed with coal gas for combustion. The waste gas is mixed with cold air and enters the bag filter through the induced draft fan, and then enters the chimney through the exhaust fan. The lime out of the cooler is sent to the lime finished product warehouse through the vibrating feeder, chain bucket conveyor, bucket elevator, and belt conveyor. Whether screening and other processes are carried out depends on customer requirements.
