Key Equipment & Functions
Mesh Welding Machine: Automatically welds straightened steel bars into high-precision steel mesh, laying a solid foundation for AAC slabs production in the whole AAC & ALC Panel Production Line.
Mesh Assembly Frame Conveyor Line: Composed of racks, ferry carts and circulating transmission devices, enabling flexible and continuous mesh assembly and transfer for AAC Slabs And Panels.
Anticorrosive Liquid Dipping & Drying System: Equipped with a rectangular anticorrosive trough and drying oven, providing full and uniform corrosion protection for steel frames and mesh cages used in AAC Concrete Wall Panel Production Line (ALC).
Wax-dipping Lifting Device: Immerses assembled mesh and steel pins in wax, effectively preventing slurry adhesion during demolding and improving surface quality of AAC slabs.
Inserting & Drawing Out Hoist: Realizes accurate insertion and extraction of steel frames into/from molds, ensuring precise positioning and stable product dimensions for AAC Slabs And Panels produced by our professional AAC Equipment.
