AAC Autoclave

AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete) aerated block production line is a complete set of equipment designed for efficient production of aerated concrete blocks, AAC blocks, AAC bricks and AAC slabs. Key components include slurry tanks, belt conveyor, pouring mixer, mesh welding machine and the crucial autoclave. As a professional AAC production line manufacturer, Ruichi AAC Factory provides turnkey solutions, covering all steps from raw material processing to finished AAC products. Among all equipment, the autoclave is the core, directly affecting the quality, performance and production capacity of AAC products.

1.

1.1 Introduction to the Autoclave

The autoclave is a key piece of equipment in the AAC production line, designed as a horizontal cylindrical unit composed of a body, cover, sealing device, pressure and temperature control systems. It creates a high-temperature, high-pressure environment essential for AAC curing, with a structural design that withstands extreme conditions to ensure safe and stable operation.

1.2 The Important Role of Autoclaves in AAC Production

The autoclave plays an irreplaceable role in the entire AAC production process. After pouring, molding and cutting, AAC green blocks are transported to the autoclave for curing. Under high temperature and pressure, hydrothermal reactions occur, enhancing the blocks’ strength, density and durability, and endowing them with excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation and lightweight properties. High-quality autoclaves are essential to produce AAC blocks that meet industry standards and market demand.

2. Autoclave Operating Principle and Process

2.1 Operating Principle

The autoclave operates using high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam. After placing AAC green blocks into the sealed autoclave, saturated steam is introduced, raising the internal temperature and pressure to approximately 180-220°C and 0.8-1.5 MPa. Under these conditions, silica and calcium oxide in the blocks react with water to form stable hydrated silicate minerals, significantly improving the blocks’ mechanical properties and stability, making them ideal for green buildings.

Ruichi AAC Factory specializes in providing reliable AAC production line turnkey solutions, ensuring efficient and stable operation of production lines to meet the needs of AAC manufacturers worldwide.
