A gravel production line primarily consists of a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, and centralized electronic control. Its design output is generally 50-500 tons/hour. To meet diverse processing needs, it can be equipped with a cone crusher and dust removal equipment. It can be used for aggregate production and artificial sand production of a variety of materials, including hard limestone, granite, basalt, river pebbles, and metallurgical slag. It is suitable for applications in industries such as hydropower, building materials, highways, and urban construction. Various equipment models can be combined to meet diverse process requirements.
A sand and gravel production line is defined by the type of material it produces. The finished products include both stone and artificial sand, and are also called a sand and gravel production line. This is equivalent to a combination of a stone production line and a sand production line. In raw material plants for road construction and construction, a dedicated sand and gravel production line is often required. This sand and gravel production line can meet the simultaneous production of both stone and artificial sand.
Let's first explain the processes for stone production lines and sand production lines:
The production process for a stone production line is generally as follows: (silo) -> vibrating feeder -> jaw crusher -> impact crusher -> vibrating screen -> (finished stone), with each piece of equipment connected by chutes or belt conveyors.
The production process for a manufactured sand production line is generally as follows: (silo) -> vibrating feeder -> jaw crusher -> impact crusher (optional) -> impact crusher -> vibrating screen -> sand washer -> (finished sand), with each piece of equipment connected by chutes or belt conveyors.
The process for a sand and gravel production line is more complex than the above two. It generally goes as follows: (silo) -> vibrating feeder -> jaw crusher -> ① impact crusher -> vibrating screen -> (finished stone) ② impact crusher -> vibrating screen -> sand washer -> (finished sand). The vibrating screen can be shared or used separately. Chutes or belt conveyors are used between each piece of equipment to achieve different physical transport.
